Award Winning Certified Professional Organizer
As a certified professional organizer and productivity coach, I have been helping clients clear the clutter from their homes and offices for close to two decades. Everyone deserves the opportunity to become the very best version of themselves. It’s harder when clutter gets in the way.
I specialize in working with Chronic Disorganization. Often potential clients contact me because they are managing ADHD. My clients are frustrated, overwhelmed and wish their cluttered life could be different. They wish they could get stuff done. We work together so they can get clarity, create a strategy and take action.
Since I’ve been around for awhile, and like to volunteer in the industry, I am a Gold Leaf member of Professional Organizers in Canada (POC). I’m a Golden Circle 10 Year member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). I also created a mentoring program to new professional organizers.
Credentialing protects the public so I am supporter of credentialing. I have credential both as a professional organizer and productivity coach. I was Canada’s first professional organizer to achieve both designations Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization (Institute for Challenging Disorganization, ICD) and Certified Professional Organizer (Board of Certified Professional Organizers). In 2015 I was honoured to be the recipient of POC’s Harold Taylor Award and was recognized by my peers as a finalist for the Ambassador Award. I have served on the POC Board of Directors and am currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.

Author
I write a blog here at Caldwell Evolution. There may or may not be a book in the works. When we meet, ask me about the Clutter Letters.
Mom/Wife/Skier/Sailor
Like many of my clients, I juggle a busy family life with a successful business. My winter alter ego is a ski coach. I am CSIA/CSCF credentialed and spend my winter weekends on the hills teaching line through the gates and young alpine ski racers to use their edges. In the summer it’s all about the sailing. I am a huge supporter of youth sailing and love to run a regatta each year for the novice 10-15 year old sailboat racers in the Optimist Dinghy. I’ve raised and almost launched two very active people.
